Book Heist (Haul)
Ahoy!
Also, apologies for not posting in a while. My life's a mess and it's being reflected on my blog.
Recently I discovered that my library was getting rid of a few books and I thought this was ok. However, when I went in to nose about, I discovered that they were in fact BINNING books that are in perfectly acceptable condition. Nope. Not acceptable. I thought. So like a cat to a catnip I pounced in a jumped up craze that got me a few funny looks. I'm cool with that.

1) Come to Mecca (Farrukh Dhondy)
A collection of short stories set in multicultural London. It focuses on the struggles of black and Asian people trying to live in a racially prejudiced society.

This is the only book I got in the past month that wasn't from the library ^_^

I have the Romeo and Juliet manga and I love it! The other books look soooo interesting!

DeleteI think there's a series, the only other manga classic I have is 'Wuthering Heights.' R&J is here xx
